Job Description: Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the Ellicott City, Maryland area. The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in patients of all ages. Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and the development of tailored treatment plans will be key aspects of this role.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Maryland state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Experience working with diverse patient populations preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
