Job Description: Soliant Health is currently seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the Lawrenceville, Virginia area. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals by providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for communication and swallowing disorders.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address clients' specific needs.
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve communication skills, articulation, fluency, and swallowing function.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, educators, and other healthcare professionals.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Virginia.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred.
- Experience with AAC devices
- IEP experience preferred but not required
