Job Title: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Forrest City, AR

Description: We are seeking 2 passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our team for the upcoming school year. As an SLP at our school, you will play a crucial role in empowering students to communicate effectively and achieve their academic and social goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of approximately 45 students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct speech evaluations and screeners to assess students' communication abilities
- Provide speech therapy sessions tailored to students' needs
- Maintain accurate progress notes and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Participate in annual reviews and provide progress reports as needed
Qualifications:
- Valid Arkansas SLP license
- ASHA certification
- Medicaid provider number
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred but not required
