Position Overview: Soliant Health is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathologist or Speech Pathologist Assistant to join our team in the Arvada, Colorado area. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with speech and language disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each patient.
- Provide therapy services to individuals with various speech and language disorders, including articulation disorders, language delays, and fluency disorders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and optimal treatment outcomes.
Qualifications:
- For Speech Language Pathologist:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Colorado.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Previous experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- For Speech Pathologist Assistant:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Pathologist Assistant in Colorado.
- Previous experience working in a healthcare or educational setting is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
