Dates: New School Year (NSY)
Credential Preference: SLP-CCC preferred, Open to considering Clinical Fellows (CF)
Hours per Week: 32.5 hours
Caseload: High school
Description: We're in search of an energetic Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Burlington, VT, for the upcoming New School Year (NSY). While we prefer candidates with their Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC), we are open to considering Clinical Fellows. This position entails working 32.5 hours per week with a focus on high school students. Your role will be pivotal in enhancing the communication skills and academic performance of our high school students.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate speech and language abilities
- Develop customized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of high school students
- Deliver direct therapy services targeting communication disorders and related challenges
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and professionals to foster student progress and success
- Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress
