Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the specific needs of each client.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve speech articulation, language comprehension, and swallowing function.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure coordinated care and positive outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Texas state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
