Primary Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough assessments to gauge students' speech and language proficiency.
- Crafting personalized therapy plans to address communication hurdles and disorders.
- Delivering dynamic therapy sessions focusing on articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
- Collaborating with teachers to seamlessly integrate therapy objectives into classroom activities, bolstering student learning.
- Communicating progress and partnering with parents to ensure consistent care.
Qualifications: To thrive in this position, you should possess:
- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology along with ASHA certification.
- Licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Texas.
- Experience working with school-aged children in an educational environment.
- Strong abilities in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving.
