Soliant is looking for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dedicated school-based team. This role offers the chance to make a significant difference in the lives of individuals facing challenges with communication and swallowing.
Position Overview:
• Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist

• Contract Length: 2024/2025 school year
• Location: Near Monticello, GA
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive evaluations to identify communication and swallowing challenges.
• Design personalized treatment plans based on assessment results, student objectives, and evidence-based methods.
• Deliver therapeutic services including speech and language, voice, fluency, and swallowing therapies.
• Apply various methods and modalities to boost communication skills, improve speech articulation, and foster language understanding and expression.
• Partner with families, caregivers, and other professionals to offer support and advice to students with communication issues.
• Track and document progress consistently, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and continuously assess outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
• Preferred: Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Prior experience working with varied age groups and populations is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of assessment instruments, therapeutic approaches, and evidence-based methods in speech-language pathology.
