Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Riverside, CA
Soliant is looking for an experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team. This role offers the chance to significantly impact individuals with communication and swallowing disorders.
Job Details:
- **Position:** Speech-Language Pathologist
- **Type:** Full-time contract
- **Duration:** Start ASAP until end of school year, with potential extension to the 24/25 school year
- **Location:** Near Riverside, CA
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify communication and swallowing issues.
- Create tailored treatment plans based on evaluations, student objectives, and proven methods.
- Deliver therapy services, including speech and language therapy, voice therapy, fluency therapy, and swallowing therapy.
- Employ diverse methods and approaches to improve speech clarity, language comprehension, and expression.
- Partner with families, caregivers, and other specialists to support students with communication challenges.
- Track and document progress, revise treatment plans as needed, and continuously assess outcomes.
**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Experience with diverse populations and age groups is highly valued.
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, therapy methods, and evidence-based practices in speech-language pathology.
