Soliant has partnered with a client located an hour from Las Cruces, NM to interview Speech-Language Pathologists for the remainder of the school year.
This is a school with which Soliant enjoys a long working relationship; previous contractors have very much enjoyed their times there.
Both ASHA-certified SLPs and Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply; if you do not currently possess a license in Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology from the state of New Mexico, Soliant offers guidance and assistance for the licensure process.
Day-to-day duties include:
- Conducting evaluations and assessments of students' speech and language development; diagnose students with speech/language impediments
- Developing Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals in consultation with district SLPs
- Provide speech-language therapy, document student progress, and complete paperwork pertinent to the provision of services, or to Medicaid billing
- Participate in IEP meetings, and communicating speech and language goals to student care-givers
Additional details relating to the caseload, and building assignments, will be discussed during an interview with the administrators.
