Soliant is in search of a skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our vibrant team focused on school-based services. As an integral part of our organization, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming the lives of individuals grappling with communication and swallowing challenges.
Job Details:
• Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough assessments to pinpoint communication and swallowing difficulties.
• Craft personalized treatment plans tailored to individual student needs and goals, drawing from evidence-based methods.
• Administer therapeutic interventions encompassing speech and language therapy, voice modulation, fluency enhancement, and swallowing support.
• Employ diverse techniques and tools to enhance communication abilities, refine speech articulation, and foster language comprehension and expression.
• Foster collaboration with families, caregivers, and fellow professionals to offer comprehensive support for students managing communication challenges.
• Maintain meticulous progress records, adapt treatment strategies as necessary, and continuously assess outcomes.
Qualifications:
• Possession of a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for licensure.
• Preference for Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
• Prior experience working with varied demographics and age groups highly valued.
• Proficiency in assessment tools, therapeutic methods, and evidence-backed approaches within speech-language pathology.
