Responsibilities and Job Details:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, assessments, and diagnoses remotely to identify students' psychological, emotional, and behavioral needs across K-12.
- Develop and implement tailored intervention strategies and counseling services using virtual platforms to support students' social, emotional, and academic well-being.
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure holistic support and effective interventions for students.
- Manage a caseload of approximately 60 evaluations, providing counseling as needed throughout the academic year.
- Full-time position with 37.5 hours per week commitment for the entire 2024-2025 school year.
Experience:
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience, with preference given to those with school-based experience.
- Strong background in conducting evaluations, providing counseling, and developing intervention plans.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills essential for remote teamwork and interaction.
Education and Licensure:
- Valid Montana School Psychologist License.
- Completion of appropriate education and training in School Psychology.
- Certification or eligibility for National Certification in School Psychology (NCSP) preferred.
Job Specifics:
- Full-time position for the 2024-2025 academic year.
- Independent contractor role.
