We are seeking a passionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to fill a full-time position in Westfield, Indiana. This role is perfect for someone looking to impact children's lives positively and grow professionally in a supportive school environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat students with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders.
- Design and implement comprehensive treatment plans to meet the needs of each student.
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to integrate speech therapy with student learning experiences.
- Document and track student progress, adjusting plans as needed to ensure effective outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active or pending Indiana state licensure as an SLP.
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities.
