As a School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with ProCare Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of students in the Cleveland area. You will work collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to provide comprehensive speech and language services to students with diverse needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom environment.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid Georgia state license or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Previous experience working in a school setting preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
