Description:
Are you an enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologist looking to make a difference in the lives of students? Join our supportive team where you'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of learners, focusing on language, articulation, life skills, and supporting children with mild to moderate disabilities, including some with emotional disorders. This position offers the potential for both part-time and full-time roles, with a schedule of two full days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays available).
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting assessments and providing therapy for AAC, language, articulation, and Down syndrome
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Leading small groups (2-4 students) to enhance communication and social skills
- Potential for supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
Start Date: ASAP until May 23rd
