Immediate Hire: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist in Palatine, IL
We are pleased to announce an opening for a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist in the vibrant community of Palatine, IL. This role involves working in a dynamic school setting, where you will provide crucial support and therapy to students with diverse speech and language needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Plan and conduct individualized therapy sessions that are effective and engaging.
- Collaborate with educational staff and parents to promote a cohesive approach to student development.
- Maintain detailed records of students' progress and adapt therapy plans accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
- Current state licensure as an SLP or ability to obtain licensure prior to employment.
- CCC-SLP certification preferred, but not mandatory.
- Previous experience in a school setting is beneficial.
