Sunbelt is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join the team at a school district near Dale City, VA for the fast-approaching school year (2024-2025)! The SLPA will assist Speech Language Pathologists and work with children to diagnose and treat communication disorders.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to determine the nature and severity of speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and goals.
- Provide therapy to students to improve their communication skills, including: language, articulation, fluency, and voice.
- Full-time and part-time opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program, required.
- Previous pediatric experience preferred.
