Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to specific needs.
- Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other healthcare professionals to promote an integrated approach to student therapy.
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert insight and recommendations for student care.
- Maintain thorough records of student progress and therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or a closely related field.
- Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Texas
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric clients is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with students and colleagues.
