Position Overview: As an Elementary School SLP with us, you'll play a crucial role in helping our students develop their speech and language abilities. Your responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language skills.
- Develop individualized therapy plans to address communication disorders and challenges.
- Provide engaging therapy sessions targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities and support student learning.
- Communicate progress and collaborate with parents to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications: To excel in this role, you'll need:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology and ASHA certification.
- California state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP.
- Experience working with elementary school-aged children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
