Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate students dealing with speech, language, and swallowing challenges.
- Create and execute personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and in conjunction with the Individualized Education Program (IEP) team.
- Administer therapy sessions to students with diverse needs, focusing on areas like articulation, fluency, voice, language comprehension, and expression.
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and fellow professionals to integrate therapy objectives into students' academic coursework and daily schedules.
Requirements:
- Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Possess a valid license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Preferably hold a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).
- Demonstrate a robust understanding of speech and language disorders, assessment methodologies, and evidence-based therapy approaches.
