Soliant Health is actively seeking a skilled and bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) proficient in both Spanish and English to join a respected school district in Wheaton, IL. This is a full-time onsite position requiring expertise in providing speech and language services to students in both languages.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs in both Spanish and English.
- Develop and execute tailored treatment plans to address communication disorders in a bilingual environment.
- Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress and educational goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of assessments, progress reports, and therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
- Active Illinois state SLP licensure and certification
- Proficiency in both Spanish and English languages
- Prior experience working with bilingual students is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Duration and Schedule:
This position requires an immediate start and will continue through the end of the current school year. The schedule will align with standard school hours.
