Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
- Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other healthcare professionals to create a supportive environment that promotes student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering professional recommendations and updates on student progress.
- Maintain detailed documentation of assessments, treatments, and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid Arkansas state license as a Speech Language Pathologist, or eligibility to obtain.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with a diverse community.
