Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Needed in Scottsdale, AZ
Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Scottsdale, AZ. This role involves providing top-notch speech therapy services to a diverse group of students in a supportive educational setting. The ideal candidate will bring a deep knowledge of speech and language disorders along with effective treatment methodologies, and a passion for making a positive impact on student outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to foster a comprehensive therapeutic environment.
- Maintain detailed records of therapy sessions and student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing insights and recommendations to support student development.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent field.
- Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Arizona.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
