Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) K-5th Grade
Oak Lawn, IL
ProCare Therapy is seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Oak Lawn, IL, for the 2024-2025 school year. The ideal candidate will work with K-5th grade students, managing a caseload of 45 kids across two school sites. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly rate of $40-$55+, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students in K-5th grade.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address a range of speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of therapy sessions and progress.
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and objectives for students.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Current Illinois SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with K-5th grade students is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple school sites.
