Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC/CF) Yonkers, NY
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students with a variety of communication disorders.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans and goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational and communication needs.
- Maintain accurate records of therapy sessions, progress, and student outcomes.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input for developing goals and objectives.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid New York state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) from ASHA preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CF) are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred, but new graduates are welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy services.
