Full Time Speech Language Pathologist Needed Near Dover, Delaware

Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess speech and language impairments in students through comprehensive evaluations.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions based on students' Individualized Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide direct treatment services to children, focusing on areas such as articulation, fluency, language, and social communication.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote effective communication techniques and support the overall growth of students.
- Monitor and document progress and outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Hold a valid state licensure or be eligible to obtain licensure.
- Preferably have a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is advantageous, although new graduates are encouraged to apply.
