Full-time Speech-Language Pathologist Needed in Newton, MA
Join a collaborative and caring team as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the vibrant community of Newton, MA. This role provides an excellent opportunity to apply your skills and knowledge in a school setting, helping students achieve their communication and academic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students' communication skills and assess their speech and language development.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support each student’s educational plan.
- Provide training and support to school personnel on communication disorders and speech therapy techniques.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of assessments, interventions, and progress.

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current state licensure as an SLP or CFY status.
- Experience in a school setting is preferred, but newcomers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
