Full-Time School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Omaha, NE
Position Type: Full-Time, 2024-2025 School Year
Description: We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year in Omaha, NE. As an integral part of our educational community, you will work collaboratively with students, teachers, and families to provide exceptional speech and language services.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student progress and services provided.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of Nebraska.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
