Position Overview:
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Physical Therapist to join our team. This position offers a part-time opportunity with 32 hours per week, spread across 4 days.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of interventions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care.
- Document patient progress accurately and timely in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Maryland.
- Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
