Full-Time CCC or CFY Speech-Language Pathologist in Carpentersville, IL
We are currently seeking a committed Speech-Language Pathologist, either CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or in their CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year), to fill a full-time position in Carpentersville, Illinois. This role is ideal for a dynamic individual passionate about providing exceptional speech therapy services in a school setting and aiding in student development.
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual student needs.
- Collaborate with school staff and parents to enhance the therapeutic process and student learning environment.
- Maintain detailed documentation of student progress and adapt plans as necessary.
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering expert recommendations for integrating speech therapy with educational goals.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid Illinois SLP license, CCC, or currently in CFY.
- Prior experience in a school setting is highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with students, staff, and parents.
