School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Springfield, GA area

Description: Blazer Jobs is currently seeking experienced School Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-time roles within school districts in the Springfield, GA area. The ideal candidates will meet all local and state requirements for this position.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech and language skills.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with communication difficulties.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
- Attend and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, contributing expertise and recommendations.
- Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress notes.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of Georgia.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience working as an SLP in a school setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
