Join our team in Douglasville, GA, as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). In this role, you will play a crucial part in assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapy for students with speech and language disorders. Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and support staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on assessment findings.
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to integrate speech and language goals into the classroom environment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of student progress and treatment plans.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Georgia state license or eligibility for licensure.
- Experience working with school-aged children in an educational setting.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
