Fort Collins, Colorado - Speech Therapist Needed

Are you seeking your next school based assignment? ProCare currently has an opportunity for a full-time Speech Language Pathologist at a supportive school district in Fort Collins, CO for the rest of the school year. The school will interview via Zoom, and will offer for the right candidate quickly. We are able to offer reimbursements for some materials, CEUs, etc if that is something you'd like. Pay is based on experience and credentials as well as the school's budget, and ranges from $38-55/hour on average.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify and evaluate speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop IEP plans for students based on individual goals. This includes setting achievable goals and using the proper therapy techniques for each individual student’s needs.
- Provide direct therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques
- Monitor student’s progress and update as required
- Participate in IEP meetings and give recommendations and trainings as needed to parents
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology
- Active CO state license
- CDE
- ASHA CCC required
- Prior experience working in schools is preferred but not required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
