We are currently seeking experienced Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a school-based team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a full-time contract position for the full upcoming school year.
There is potential for renewal/extension based on performance & school district need at that time.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- Valid Arizona licensure.
- Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) REQUIRED
- Experience working with special education students and families highly preferred.
- Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Duties:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
- Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' educational goals.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided and progress made.
- Participate in team meetings, workshops, and professional development activities.
- Adhere to ethical and legal standards as outlined by local, state, and federal regulations.
