Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services to students in accordance with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students' communication needs
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to each student's goals and abilities
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other members of the educational team to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Pennsylvania state licensure or eligibility
- School-based experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
