Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team in Magnolia, TX. This position is ideal for a professional looking to apply their skills in a supportive and collaborative school environment. You will play a key role in assessing and treating students with communication disorders, contributing significantly to their academic and social success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students' speech, language, and communication skills and identify areas needing development.
- Plan and implement effective speech therapy interventions in accordance with students' IEPs.
- Collaborate with educational staff and families to support the speech and language needs of students.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to provide insights on communicative supports and strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and therapy outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or closely related field.
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) highly preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous.
