Position Overview: Soliant Health is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in the Lacey, Washington area. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse populations and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with speech and language disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Provide therapy services to individuals with various speech and language disorders, including articulation disorders, language delays, and fluency disorders.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and treatment outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in Washington.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) preferred.
- Experience working with pediatric and/or adult populations is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
