Calling on Speech-Language Pathologists looking to live and work in Columbia, MD! One of Soliant's established clients in the area is seeking licensed SLPs to work two contiguous assignments.
Details below:
Assignment 1:
- 3 weeks, starting December 2018
- Full-time (35 hours per week)
- Cover 2 middle schools
- Caseload numbers are manageable (low 30's, consisting of ASD students and students with intellectual impairments)
Assignment 2:
- Start: January 2019
- End: end of school year (June 2019)
- Cover 4 school buildings, mostly elementary schools
- Caseload does include some students at an Education Center, who have profound disabilities.
The speech team prides itself on being a team-oriented environment, with ready access to therapy materials and IT devices. Previous SLPs tell us this is a great place to work, and we strive to ensure out therapists do not feel alone or overwhelmed.
Requirements:
- Valid Maryland license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Ability to pass background screening and health screenings mandated by the school
