Hours: Part-Time (10 hours)
Job Description: We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team near Marble Falls, Texas. This part-time position (10 hours per week) is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about working in a school setting and has experience supporting bilingual students. The ideal candidate will be skilled in assessing and treating speech and language disorders, developing individualized education programs (IEPs), and collaborating with educators and families to enhance students' communication abilities in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders in bilingual students.
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services in both English and Spanish.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication goals.
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
- Valid Texas SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Experience in providing speech-language services in a school setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and support staff.
