About the Role:
Are you passionate about helping bilingual students achieve their full potential? Bilingual Therapies is seeking a talented Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Boston, MA. This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of students by providing speech and language therapy services in both English and Spanish.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders in bilingual students.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Provide therapy services in both English and Spanish to address speech, language, and communication challenges.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and treatment plans.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
- Massachusetts state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, with the ability to provide therapy services in both languages.
- Previous experience working with bilingual and multicultural populations preferred.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
