Job Description:
We are excited to announce an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our dynamic team in Willis, TX. This full-time position is perfect for an individual passionate about delivering excellent speech therapy services in a diverse linguistic environment. You will work closely with students of varying ages, providing assessments and treatment plans that cater to dual-language learners.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students speaking multiple languages.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student speech and language development.
- Provide training and education to school staff and families on how to support bilingual students' communication needs.
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent.
- Valid SLP license in Texas.
- Bilingual proficiency is required.
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to engage effectively with diverse populations.
