We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team . As an integral member of our special education department, you will work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to provide speech and language services to students in need.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
- Provide therapy sessions to improve students' speech and language skills.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to support students' communication needs in the classroom and at home.
- Monitor and track students' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and provide input on students' goals and progress.
Qualifications:
- Open to CCC or CF
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- ASHA (American Speech-Language-Hearing Association) certification.
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
