Description:
Join our team as a Speech-Language Pathologist! We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to work full-time with our elementary and middle school students. This position is available from ASAP until June 12th. As an SLP in Detroit, you will play a crucial role in helping students improve their communication skills and reach their full potential.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Michigan state license or ability to obtain
- Experience working with elementary and middle school students preferred
Hours: Full-time, 35-40 hours per week
