Hours: 35 hours per week / Full-Time Equivalent (FTE)

- Caseload Size: 40-50
- Client Uses IEP Pro
- Bilingual Spanish Preferred but Not Required

We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team in Maricopa, AZ. This is an opportunity to work in a supportive environment, collaborating with educators and families to help students achieve their communication goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs
- Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans based on students' IEP goals
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress
- Providing therapy services in both individual and group settings
- Documenting progress and maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Arizona state license or ability to obtain one
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children is a plus
- Bilingual Spanish skills are preferred but not required
