About Creighton School District:
Creighton School District, located in Phoenix, AZ, is currently seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to fill multiple openings for the 2024/2025 school year. We are committed to providing quality education and support to our students, and we are looking for passionate professionals to join our team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to work with our diverse student population at Creighton School District. The SLPs will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, providing direct speech and language services to students, and collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide direct speech and language services to students
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- Arizona state licensure or eligibility for licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Requirements:
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week)
- Must be willing to work onsite
- No Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
- Caseloads will vary and can be discussed during the interview
