Key Details:
- Work Year: 24-25 SY, from approximately August 10, 2024, to May 30, 2025
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 3:30 PM (7 hours per day billable, plus a 30-minute unpaid lunch)
- Positions Available: 1 full-time (35 hours/week) and 1 temporary full-time (Aug-Dec) also at 35 hours/week
Requirements:
- Current CA SLP license
- Driver's license with own transportation
Preferred:
- Minimum 2 years of current school-based experience
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish
- Experience in running Social and Lunch Bunch Groups
Caseload/Duties:
- Manage a small caseload spanning Preschool through 5th grade at one elementary site
- Provide therapy aligned with IEP goals
- Case management for students on caseload
- Facilitate and document legally compliant/defensible IEPs
- Conduct formal assessments
- Collaborate with specialists and general education staff
- Run MTSS groups and weekly Social/Lunch Bunch groups
- Oversee AAC/AT needs and support staff as necessary
