Position: School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Location: Near Newport, NC
Status: Accepting Candidates
Description:
- Number of Positions: 4-5 Onsite SLPs
- School Year: 2024-25
- Hours: 37.5 hours/week
- School Levels: Elementary, Middle, and High Schools
- Caseload: 50-55
We are seeking passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team for the upcoming school year in Newport, NC. As an SLP in our district, you'll have the opportunity to work across diverse age groups and make a meaningful impact on students' lives through your expertise in communication disorders.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language disorders.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Valid SLP license in North Carolina.
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
