Description:
Madison Area Educational Special Services Unit is currently seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. As an SLP, you will play a crucial role in providing speech and language therapy services to students in our district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to determine speech and language disorders
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Providing direct therapy services to students
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintaining accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Indiana
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working with school-aged children preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
