Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Needed - Kingsland, GA (Open to Remote)
Location: Kingsland, GA (Open to Remote Possibility - inquire for details)
Licensing: Must possess a valid Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License (please confirm requirements before applying).
Dates: Tentative Start Date: July 29th, 2024 | End Date: June 19th, 2025
Hours: Full-Time (Up to 35 hours/week)
Grades: Grade level assignment to be determined (TBD).
Responsibilities:
- Conduct direct speech-language therapy sessions with students.
- Provide indirect services, such as consultations, collaboration with educators, and curriculum development.
- Develop and participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and paperwork.
- Track student progress and maintain accurate data using Ablespace.
- Utilize Google District tools for various school-related tasks.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues, parents, and students via Outlook and Gmail.
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid Georgia SLP License.
- Strong clinical skills in speech-language pathology.
- Experience working with children in a school setting is preferred.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in computer software and technology for documentation and data collection.
