Are you a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) seeking a fulfilling opportunity in the vicinity of Paradise, TX? Join our team and play a vital role in shaping the lives of preschool students through comprehensive speech-language services. As an SLP, you will conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), provide therapy sessions, and collaborate with a supportive team of educators and professionals.
Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and evaluations to identify speech and language needs.
- Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
- Offer direct therapy services to address speech and language goals.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and fellow professionals to enhance student progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing insights into student needs and progress.
- Maintain accurate and current documentation of provided services.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Hold a valid SLP license in Texas
- Preferred experience working with school-aged children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations governing special education services.
